Erika L. Salerno filed an amicus brief on behalf of the Family Law Section of the Michigan State Bar in Friend v. Friend, a case of first impression in Michigan regarding the application of the Fugitive Disentitlement Doctrine to family law cases in Michigan.
 

 

Erika L. Salerno attended the Health Law Institute, March 11 and 12, 2010, on handling issues involving anti-kickback regulations and Stark, recent developments with the HITECH Act, and amendments to the False Claims Statute.
