Professional Activities:
- Mr. McGlinn is a business and health care lawyer, who also provides estate planning services. Mr. McGlinn regularly represents business clients concerning business formation, contracts, shareholder/member agreements and rights, mergers and acquisitions, distributorship and sales representative agreements, and software and technology agreements.
- Mr. McGlinn has extensive experience representing physicians and medical practices, hospice organizations and other health care providers on various issues including corporate governance, the Anti-Kickback and Stark laws, compliance programs, coding and billing matters, licensure, certification and ethics hearings, privilege issues, the purchase and sale of medical facilities and practices, and the review technology agreements.
- Mr. McGlinn also has extensive experience concerning the laws relating to the marketing of medical devices, including compliance with the AdvaMed Code of Ethics.
