Before attending law school he served in the United States Military as an Army Ranger. Mr. Krueger also lived three years in Africa as a Peace Corps Volunteer.

• Successfully prosecuted a fraudulent transfer action against a debtor and his spouse, which concerned complex issues covering 15 years of avoidance.
• Obtained a jury verdict by pursuing the insolvent debtor for enhancing jointly owned property at the expense of creditors.
• He recently obtained a judgment against a relative who improperly received title to property previously owned by the debtor.
• Represented both creditors and debtors in both state and federal courts.
