Mr. Hudgins is an “AV” rated attorney which is the highest rating given by Martindale Hubbell. He is the vice president of the firm and one of its most senior shareholders.

• Advises and counsels large number of businesses, professional practices, health care providers, and their owners.
• Handles mergers, acquisitions, sales, and other consolidations or dispositions of business entities.
• Represents entities in connection with licensing issues with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.
• Represents institutional and individual fiduciaries in estate and trust administrative matters.
• Represented bank fiduciary in a multi-million dollar stock sale.
• Represented a large non-profit corporation in the acquisition of all the assets of another non-profit organization.

Reid is committed to the development of the community and serves on numerous organizations. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Irving S. Gilmore International Keyboard Festival, and is vice president and a trustee of The Bishop Whittemore Foundation. Reid is a past chairman of the Board of Heritage Community of Kalamazoo, and a past secretary of the Gull Lake County Club.
