Mr. Kreter is the managing partner of the Battle Creek office.

Professional Activities:

• His litigation practice includes representing insurance companies in no fault insurance coverage disputes, and litigating real estate disputes and title claims. He places an emphasis on the analysis of resolution of complex title issues on behalf of the title insurance underwriters, individual clients, developers, and institutional lenders. He has experience in both commercial and residential title matters.
• Skilled at advising both corporate and individual clients, as well as insurance companies, has earned him the reputation as a lawyer who negotiates and achieves successful results for his clients.
• Documenting and executing sophisticated transactions for corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures and individual investors.
